Great size and exactly what I needed!

Great book, great size, exactly what I needed. Doesn't have pre printed dates so you can start at any point in the year. I'm going to spiral bind mine so I have a little more flexibility. Took a picture of the cover because some people were curious what it looks like, all in all I'm happy with it!

Changing my world one day at a time

I'm in Week 4 of this journal. I really like how this journal pushes me to think & feel more about each meal and snack; besides making me accountable for every bite I ingest. Discovered that I eat out of boredom and/or stress, when I'm forced to write WHY I ate what I ate. This journal has opened my eyes to portion control and emotions attached to food, as well as motivating me to exercise more (so I can get a big smiley face at the end of the day). It's not much, but so far I lost 1" off my waist. 6 more weeks to go!

Absolutely In Love

I'm just starting week four in my journal and I can honsetly say I probably would not have stuck with it if I didn't have this food journal. While I do agree it is a little big, (for me too big to carry around) it has all the key points I was looking for so I decided to go ahead and buy it. I'm so glad that I did. I have a small little notebook I keep in my lunch bag so I can write everything down then I just transcribe it over to my food journal when I get home from work.
I like the end of week summary. It helps me to keep focused and makes me think about my choices I made over the week.
