Gets straight to the point quickly. Excellent for daily reading.

This book is small in size, but powerful in its practical information. I'm reading in this book every day even after I've finished the complete book. It is small enough to carry with you wherever you go (6 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 1/2) .

He gives suggestions on prioritizing what you think and do, giving excellent examples that provide information and motivation for change or continuing habits.

Here are a few I picked at random: in the chapter on FAMILY: "Express appreciation for each other." "Resolve conflict as quickly as possible."

Chapter on THINKING: "Recognize There Are Many Kinds of Thinking." In that chapter a subheading is "MANAGING THE DISCIPLINE OF THINKING" one of which is: "Set Aside Think Time Every Day."

And so forth. Even if you only read one chapter or only the headings you would experience some benefit, but I think a reader would benefit from reading every chapter over and over because the purpose is to change our thinking and habits.

Product arrived promptly and in expected condition.
I knew previously that an answer key was not included, but it would be nice of publisher to update the book with one. As a HS English teacher the questions are okay. Some stories have better written questions than other stories.

Initially they were just a few pages but the notes became more and more comprehensive and started to cover more and more areas. Eventually they grew into this book. Surprisingly fantastic book. Very easy read, super important info, and by far the best treatment on the subject anywhere - nothing compares to this online. And from my understanding, this is pretty much the only book of it's kind, and a darn good one. Should be considered required reading if you are at all series about Scuba diving.

A great book! It all finally makes total sense! I am not a dummy and have medical education under the belt but some concepts of decompression still didn't make sense. Now I finally understand how different models work and why. A must for any tec or tec aspiring diver.
